Anger Management

Anger is a natural human emotion, but when it is not managed properly, it can lead to negative consequences such as damaged relationships, poor decision-making, and even physical harm to oneself or others. That is why our Anger Management program is designed to help adults and minors learn healthy ways to manage their anger and communicate effectively.

Shay’s Heart Foundation program is offered in both English and Spanis. It provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for participants to learn and practice new skills. Our experienced and trained facilitators use evidence-based techniques to help participants identify their triggers, learn how to control their anger and express their emotions in a healthy and productive way.
